It was clear, the chalet was designed to make cats very happy, with great facilities and location to keep him busy, which were absolutely perfect for him. We are also appreciative of the obvious care and attention you give the cats that stay with you and it was a really nice touch for you to text us after Harphy’s first night to re-assure us he was settling in at his temporary new home.
Harphy will definitely be staying with you again!

Both ourselves and our cats were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble with even the offer of a text service to reassure us that our pets had settled in OK. The accommodation is very clean with ample space for both our cats, who aren’t exactly small, and a place to sleep where they can feel secure.  We collected two very content cats and will be booking them in again next time we go away on holiday.”

As our little cat "Willow" had never been away from home before, I thought it a good idea for her to have a trial stay for a couple of days, at Bryony Cottage Cattery.

Before booking her in, I was invited to view the cattery and its current occupants, who all seemed very content and comfortable in their surroundings overlooking the garden. We booked Willow in to stay for a 2 day trial. Jenny could tell I was anxious about leaving her in the Cattery, but assured me she would take very good care of her. She even text me the next day to let me know she was fine, which put my mind at rest while we were away. She also emailed photos she took of Willow while in her care - a more contented cat would be hard to find!

Jenny runs an extremely professional, clean and cat-loving Cattery. Next time we have to go away, there is no question of Willow going anywhere else, but Bryony Cottage Cattery.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say how pleased myself and Colin were to have found Bryony Cattery.  It was really reassuring to know that Colin was in the very capable hands of an obvious cat lover, and amongst a few select guests so he could be sure of getting plenty of attention!  It was particularly good to meet you beforehand and know that you paid such attention to cat’s individual needs.

Thanks again for your flexibility in allowing me to change the time I picked Colin up at such short notice.  It’s lovely to have him home again after we've both had such relaxed breaks.  He's on top form!

We'll see you next time Colin needs a hotel, and I will of course be recommending you to anyone looking for a cattery.

Thank you for looking after Jeff during our recent holiday.

.I   couldn't be happier with the facilities at Bryony cottage. Jeff's two week stay was his first experience of a cattery and being a young very sociable cat we really wanted somewhere he would get personal attention.

It was clear to see you adore cats and we felt extremely confident that he was in great hands during our holiday.

He has come home in beautiful condition, his coat shines and his tummy looks well fed! Most importantly he didn't appear to be stressed at all.

I would happily recommend Bryony Cottage to anyone looking for a cattery that pays personal attention to their pets.

A big thank you for looking after Vis, while I was on holiday. As you know I was a bit worried, having never left her before and I'd heard stories about how your cat punishes you by ignoring you for weeks after leaving them with a Cattery, but with you it was like leaving her with a friend and punishment- nothing. She has been as loving and attentive as she always is. Thank you again and see you next year.

After always saying 'I will never put my cats into a cattery' I have now changed to 'I will not use another cattery' 

Thank you Jenny for taking such good care of our girls while we were away, you took a lot of time answering all of my questions and certainly put my mind at ease.
Both of the cats greeted us when we got home looking rather well fed and extremely happy!

You will certainly be seeing more of Sydney and Jasmine in the near future!
